Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Review before publishing. This is a drafted agreement, not legal advice. Section 4 is the important one: it requires the client to have a legitimate basis for every removal request, which is what separates this from a service that silences lawful criticism. Keep it, and enforce it.
These terms govern your use of Nexov's Gateway and any service purchased from us. By buying a service or using an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
We provide content removal and online reputation services, including removal of Reddit posts, blog content, whole websites and leaked personal material, and placement on news platforms. We also operate a separate domain intelligence tools portal for account holders.
Each removal engagement is quoted individually. Scope, turnaround and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate details when requesting access.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account.
- Accounts are for one person. Each account is limited to a set number of simultaneous devices, and exceeding it locks the account until you verify your identity.
- Sharing, reselling or transferring an account is not permitted and may result in termination without refund.
3. Quotes and payment
- Prices are not published. Each job is quoted after we review what you need removed.
- A quote covers a defined scope. Additional URLs or targets found later are quoted separately.
- Payment terms are confirmed with the quote. Where payment is made in cryptocurrency, you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the address we give you; transactions on public blockchains cannot be reversed by us.
- Work begins once payment is confirmed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Acceptable use
The tools return information about domains, infrastructure and, in some cases, individuals. You agree that you will not:
- Use the service to harass, stalk, dox, defraud or endanger any person.
- Use it in breach of any applicable data protection or privacy law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, whether ours or a third party's.
- Resell, sublicense or repackage the service or its output as your own product without written permission.
- Automate, scrape or attempt to bypass rate limits and device restrictions.
- Use the output as the sole basis for a decision that materially affects someone's rights, employment or credit.
We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of this section immediately and without refund.
5. Outcomes
Removal depends on decisions made by platforms, hosts, registrars and other third parties that we do not control. We apply the appropriate process and pursue it properly, but we cannot guarantee that any specific piece of content will be removed, or that it will not be republished elsewhere afterwards.
Turnaround times shown on this site are typical, not guaranteed. Where a case is refused by the platform, we will tell you and explain why.
For the tools portal: results are drawn from public registries, DNS and third-party sources, which can be incomplete, stale or wrong. They are provided for information and carry no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, or where an upstream provider fails. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties.
7. Rate limits
Requests are rate-limited to protect the platform and our upstream providers. Persistently exceeding limits may result in throttling or suspension.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its interface and its code remain ours. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the period you have paid for. You keep any rights you already hold in data you supply.
9. Termination
- You may cancel an engagement at any time; see the Refund Policy for what is refundable at each stage.
- We may stop work or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, where a request turns out to fall under section 4, or where continuing would expose us to legal risk.
- On termination your access ends immediately. Data is retained and deleted per the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
